Rolling, rolling, rolling.
I like rolling.
I like to warm up in the morning with rolls and hip bridging to activate the spine, sitting muscles (glutes) and vestibular (inner ear) systems.
Nothing does that like rolling around on the floor.
Side to side- using arms first or using legs first to get the momentum going.
Then I might add bear crawls of some sort to this. And from there Judo rolls.
Some days just hip bridges.
Adding momentum to my day.
That's how I roll.
