I'm implementing more sandbag work into my training. Although I don't love it I'm embracing it because of the crazy, shifting grooveless lifting it provides.
I got the idea from Steve Maxwell's blog from a while back. He said two high ranking KB men couldn't shoulder one of his heavy sandbags. One of them could deadlift 600 pounds.
Sandbags are plain old hard work. Just what I like.
