This is what I did today with my trusty 24 kilo kettlebell.
Snatches for six minutes straight. One minute per hand. Ten Reps Per Minute, RPM's.
Total: 60 reps. I just worked on holding the bell overhead and relaxing as much as possible.
This was a 50% pace of the goal of a magical 20 Reps Per Minute, RPM's.
I like to mix up the method of doing the same Exercise everytime I train GTG style. Same but different as Pavel would say.
It's Miller Time! Yah!
