Let Every Breath...

I just bought and read the book "Let Every Breath.." written by Scott Meredith.
Buy it, read it, practice it. A fascinating, easy to read book. After one day of practicing the breathing movements I could tell the difference.
I highly recommend it for any who breathes.

The truth about exercise on PBS

I watched this show on PBS last night, "The truth about exercise."
I wasn't impressed with his HIIT, workout. One minute of three, 20 second exercise bike sprints, three times per week.
His form deteriorated to shit in less than 10 seconds and got even worse for the next 10 seconds. Plus, he had to haul around an exercise bike in his van that he couldn't get into the van by himself.
What sense does that make?
He was also trying be more active during the day and the exercise bike breakdowns at the same time. He should have done one or the other, not both.
I would have had him quit the exercises bike breakdowns and just remain more active throughout the day.
That's a No-Brainer.
