The second day of the Z-Health Cert was great. Near the end of the day we did front lumbar circles. Then we did the finger, hand and wrist exercises. That really relaxed everyone to the point of falling asleep almost. Just a total powered down state. Lots and lots of nerve endings in the hands. Good for relaxation if you have trouble sleeping.
