I saw part of the T.V. show "The biggest Loser" the other day. Tuesday night I believe. The men ganged up on the two remaining women in some kind of challenge. One guy won 10,000 dollars! Or he could buy one pound at the weigh in for- $10,000. I don't know what happened because they had a little segment on one of the guys. He used to sit in front of the T.V. and eat a whole half gallon of ICE CREAM while watching football. Him and his buddies or son's used to do this.

It was so disgusting watching three guys with their own buckets of ice cream that I've totally sworn off ICE CREAM. GROSS!

ICE CREAM AND T.V. are the bain of the western world. In the challenge, ICE CREAM had the most calories compared to pizza, hot dogs and all the other garbage you can buy at any sporting event.

This fella also was eating over 4,000 calories per day from his three squares! Exercise was non existant too. At the ranch he's eating under 2000 calories and exercising all the time. He's lost something like 120 pounds of FAT!

Food is like drug addiction to a lot of people. They didn't plan on getting addicted to it or gaining X amount of weight. It kind of sneaks up on you if you're not careful. Food is so cheap and plentiful and easy to get that it's harder not to eat junk.

Plus we're all so strapped for time nowadays that it's easy to hop in the car and go get something to eat quick.

Just so no to ICE CREAM; limit the T.V. watching; and exercise.

Amen! I used to eat too much ice cream and it had a very negative effect on my health and bodyfat levels!

I agree.....just say not to ICE CREAM and other garbage!
