The Z-Health cert is exactly one week away! So I've backed off on my training in general. Last night I made dinner and trained. Bottoms up Tgu's supersetted with high pulls for three sets. Front squats supersetted with overlapped hands chin-ups x three sets. Pullover and press supresetted with hindu squats x 2 sets. Hanging leg raises x 2 sets. Last set with 3 pound ball between the knees. Yoga to help stretch out. Swept and mopped my studio. Eat dinner.
