That's one of my favorite quotes. Interpret it in your own way.
Training: Mostly Z-Health, getting my reps in. I'll be teaching five KB classes this week. Course I use the "wussy" size bell's when demonstrating. 16kg and under- to perfect my technique.
There's a certain size bell for every exercise that's more difficult if it's too light, perfect with the right weight and difficult again with a weight that's too heavy.

Gotta go to my JOB.
