Went over the R-Phase book and exercises again today. I saw something I missed. The four position knee circles! I was only doing them to the side.

Also did some swings: 24, 32, 40, 48 kg. Back down to 32kg for 3 sets. One hand, nothing major.

Rotator rehab exercises I'm inventing as I go along. My Chiro told me no overhead work and to stretch it. That's what I'll do.

Yoga to finish out the hour long session. The yoga stuff I'm doing is REALLY helping my lower back. I haven't woken up with lower back pain after a long nights rest. Good stuff.
