My last workout before the Z-Health Cert. Besides Kb class tonight.
Tgu's: Only went up to 40kg x 1 each. Around the body pass, figure eights, figure eight to a hold and hand to hand flips. Did about 20 flips. Used the 24kg bell. Hanging leg raises with 5# ball pressed between my knees x 4 reps. I'm getting beter at these in general. Good exercise.

Hi Franz,
The Z-Health cert is starting tomorrow thru Sunday.
My only worry is if I'll be able to sleep with all the nervous system stimulation over the three days.
When I took JDC's Qigong class I was wired! Sleeping was a problem. But the funny thing was how great I felt the next day. I did get better at getting settled down to sleep after 8 or 9 weeks though.
