Happy Easter!
The Easter Bunny was busy last night dropping off candy and eggs.
I saw his or her tracks in the fresh snow outside.
Yesterday trained three times. Am- Z-health R-Phase exercises. Later after running some errands: TGU's- 16, 24, 32, 40 and 48kg x 1/1. Took it slow and easy. Lunge style. I can do squat style but have a hard time turning into position from the floor.
Later: High Pulls- 12, 16, 24, 32kg's. Back down to 24kg's for 102 reps total for all the different size weights. Arm bars- 24kg x 2. Halo's x 12kg x 20 x 2 sets.

This morning after securing coffee and a Sunday paper did R-Phase Z-Health.
