My first weekend of Z-Health training is over. I feel great today. Slept like a baby last night. The whole experience was wonderful. Everyone was great. I can't believe some of the injuries some people had and were still walking! They came to the right place to get fixed. Our assessment went well too. I had two done on me. I have two different problem areas to work on. Now I'll have to practice assessments before the second half of R-Phase. It's a great system.
