Ballistic Grinder-
8 # club swings to warm up.
Regular TGU's followed by two hand swings, one hand swings, hand to hand swings, figure eight to a hold and a flip here and there. 16, 24 and 32kg bells. Z drills for feet, hands and eyes. Short training session because it was NEW!
