I did 20 minutes of Qigong recharge and a Z- Health this am. Qigong really, really does help balance your energy systems and open your meridans. Yesterday i did an interupted 10 minutes of Qigong but I felt great all day and could really focus at judo class. Even five minutes of Qigong in the am would be well worth it. I'm currently training/ studying for my yellow belt in judo with my boys. After that in March there's a ground fighting tournament at the end of the month. !st place gets an MMA trophy. That would look good on my Resume...
