The boys and I passed our second yellow stripe test at Judo today!
Before class I did Health Lifts- 225 x 6, 315 x 4, 405 x 4. Presses- 24k x 2 l/r. 32k x 2. TGD- 32 x 1 l/r.
After class I did Bent presses- 16k x 2 l/r, 24k x 2 l/r.
I believe bent presses and TGD's to be the most useful movements for a Judo player.
