Hot tubbing is the ultimate for recovery. A tough week even though I had a four day weekend. Looking forward to Judo tomorrow. Yesterday I did 5 min. Bent presses followed by long cycle clean and jerks with the 16k bell. These lifts are not my forte' by any means but I just wanted to try it. Later after dinner did Health lifts- 225, 315, 405, 475, 525 for a couple reps at each weight. I'm amost out of plate for the bar so I'll have to do more reps or pull from a lower starting point.
