Squeezed in 2-10 minute training sessions.
Health lifts at the 1st.
Chins supersetted with presses x 3 sets. Tgd- 32k x 4 reps. H2h swings- 32k x 30. Wall walks for the second session.
Very hungry today from moving skids around at work today, then talking about Italian food at my group class while smelling their dinner cooking. Torture!
