Tried some "cold water" treatments in an attempt to see how it works for overall recovery.
1st step- Hot tub for 15 minutes
2nd step- Hot shower followed by cold water massage with shower head. It's a little easier to take than actually getting the whole body under the shower head. I feel better afterwards. Less tension, aches & pains.
