Experiments with the SAID principle for the next TSC.
Warm-up- one hand swings- 12, 16, 24 good to go.
DL- 135, 225, 315 and 365 x 1.
warm-up- hang and bang weighted chins- 12, 16, 24 x 1.
Chins- 12kg x 5 x 2. Rest pause top & bottom of rep.
warm-up- high pulls- 24, 32, 40 x 2 each hand.
Snatch- 32kg- 6/6 x 5 sets in 5 minutes. Total of 60 reps. Not too badly in need of oxygen.
HLR after 2 minute rest. 4 x 3 sets. Rest 2 minutes.
Z-Health R- Phase slowly. Pace around for 3 minutes after Z session to burn it in.
Total of one hour spent training. Half actually lifting and half doing mobility work.
