Did some Combat Conditioning, club swinging tonight for 20 minuteswith very little rest.
Hindu Pushups-slow, Hindu squats, wall walks x 2 cycles to warm up, fire up. Gada club swinging 13#, #8 club swings/ halo type exercises. The the big #50 club left to right flips. Same push- ups, squats and wall walks after that. Then I id flow fit #2 level to gain mobility. The focus was on Flowing from one thing to the next.
