Training quickly yesterday.
DL- 135, 225, 315 x 2 in 4 min. 365 x 2- took a 10 sec. rest between reps. Done in 10 min.
Palm facing pull-ups- these are not comfy for me. 0 x 3, 12k x 5 x 2.
Swings alternating hands each rep-16, 24, 32, 40 x 8. 24, 32, 40 x 10.
Went to teach a KB class.
When I got back home I did long cycle clean and jerks or LCCJ- 16, 24, 16, 24k x5/5 practicing technique, not seeing how much weight I can put up (EGO TRAINING).
