My son Brock gave me that quote for a present today.

Training: Z- R Phase this morning.
Afternoon: DL- fast reps- 135 x 2, 225 x 2, 315 x 2.
Went to the park to finish training.
Dips/ chins 3 reps 0 weight. 24k x 2 x 2. Rested about 30 seconds between the dips and the chins.
Swings: 24k x 15/15, 10/10, 15/15, 10/10 = 100. Slowly working back into training again.
