I've been battling some kind of cold/flu gunk for the past two weeks. It was the worst yesterday. Flu like symptoms.
But today I feel 100% better.
Here's what I did for training:
Programis Minimus:
Two kettlebell- one hand swings= 8/12k, 12/12k, 12/16k, 16/16k, 24/16k, 24/24k x 5/5 for each set. You get quite the backlash going using two bells and quite a grip workout. A little goes a long way.
Double TGU's Overhead squat style= 24's x 1/1, 32's x 1/1. When I cycle back up to the Beasts I'll have to post it on youtube and DD. Maybe.
