Am did my usual morning Z drills. Went into work for four hours. When I got home I hit the weights. DL- 135 x 2, 225 x 2, 315 x 2 - snatch grip. Health Lift/ rack pulls- 405 x 2, 495 x 2 - regular over/ under DL grip.
Chins: 0 x 4, 12k x 2, 24k x 4, drop-set 12k x 4. 0 x 2. Hands facing grip. Five minute rest.
Snatch: 32k x 15/15 left/right in 1:20. Only have 3:40 to go.lol.
Zdrills and yoga cooldown. 10 minute nap. Onto a wedding and party tonight. My son showed me a new dance move I may have to unleash tonight - "the sprinkler". I don't think the ladies will be able to handle it. lol!
