Started doing Qigong forms last week. It really doesn't take much for me to feel the difference in my attitude. Too much BS going on at work.
Anyway going to hit the ropes and Gada sticks in a little while for some REAL cardio. Maybe I'll take the gada from HELL out. I did do the Z neural warm-up #2 this morning and feel really good...
