Hindu Squats

Mike Mahler just posted a youtube video of himself explaining the hindu squat movement. I learned of this exercise from Combat Conditioning by Matt Fury. I do Hindu squats differently from Mike. I do them more fluidly with more arm involvement.
Start out with both arms held out in front of you. Pull both arms back. When descending into your squat the arms reach for the floor on both sides of your body towards the rear. Swing the arms forwards back to the starting position in front of you when you reach the top of the squat again.
Pull in, swing back and down, swing forward and up.
The legs go from flat footed while standing to balancing on the toes with knees bent at the bottom of the squat.
Nice fluid movement. This exercise is a favorite of Indian wrestlers for developing endurance. It's always been a favorite of mine.
Do these for high reps. Sets of 25. 100 in 3 to 4 minutes, 250 in 5 minutes, to 500 reps in 15 minutes. Cardio lung, quad and calf builder.
