I'm reading Jeff Martone's Kettlebell RX book. I like his tip about when to do joint mobility so you don't wake up in the morning stiff and achy like the Tin Man from the wizard of Oz. I've implemented his advice for the last two days and feel great in the morning and when I sleep.
